Artists such as Dan Viktor & Jack Vreeswijk (with med Love Tholin & Petter Ericsson), Susanne Alfvengren, Jennie Storbacka, Frans Haraldsen, Barnens Kalasturné07 with "Apan Anders" & the Clown Tora-Bella from Finland and Sweden will be presenting the modern Nordic Ballads in a wide perspective.
The third edition of the every year recurring event Visfest will take place on Saturday the 21 of July between 3pm and 8.30pm by Sattmark café in Pargas. Artists from Finland and Sweden will be presenting the modern Nordic Ballads in a wide perspective.
Visfest is an event that concentrates on the modern Nordic Ballads and is the only event in Finland that concentrates and profiles itself on the art form of modern Nordic ballads. Nordic ballads are a traditional Nordic music form where short stories are performed in small acoustic constellations. The lyrics and the artist interpretation of the music is one of the essential parts in this art form.
